Privileges and The Dark Knight

Watched the movie yesterday, and I love The Dark Knight movie! It is certainly darker than the first one, and more action packed that leads you to your edge of the seat. All the actors were fantastic in this movie, even the Singaporean actor. The only bad thing was that I was left aching in my seat when the movie ended. Wish I have caught this movie in a bigger theatre, where there are more seats to choose with better seats to provide me some badly-needed support for my back and perhaps seats that are further away from the screen. In any sense, I did enjoy the movie and did not mind spending $10 on it. Not to mention, watching Heath Ledger having one of his finest complete performance before his death.

I don't care whether the buzz around the movie was blown out of proportion because of Heath's death, and I certainly don't care whether the hype around his posthumous Oscar nomination was blown out of proportion as well. I believed in his performance truly and believed his character entirely. There will not be such screams for his nomination unless he did put up a great performance, which he did. (No fire without smoke saying....) I hope he gets an Oscar for this, or at least, a nomination =)

Damn it Heath, I wish u weren't dead. You should have enjoyed all this right now =(

Meet Linda on friday for our usual lunch and took a picture (while we were queueing to buy her BLACK dress from G2000) .... she cut her long hair off!! Brave! But nice new look girl! And an interesting label for a pants at G2000! Cropped Cigarette!

Anyway, I am going to Singfest! Because of where I am working, I am able to go to that concert without burning that big a hole in my pocket and I am excited! (So is Adeline... she is dying to see Jason Mraz!) Privileges from my company...

And here's another... limited handphone chain! Haha!

Anyway, last week for internship is coming. Looking forward and sad at the same time... how can you say goodbye to all the people that have become your friends in 2.5 months? 2.5 months is long enough to make friends... it's kinda sad. But looking forward to late mornings and late nights and nua-ing at home! Here's to a great last week!

Cheerios.
