Oh goodness I need a break from the valuation report... I hate it!! And my 2 months old printer needs servicing again... Rah!

Ok, needed updates badly. My past few weeks had been rather great, which is a nice change after those weeks of unhappiness. Met Aleks before CNY with Irene. Was supposed to go to Ah Chew's but it was closed for 2 weeks!!! Ended up in Sakae sushi in which he refused to eat all those food that are made of seafood that he doesn't eat (!!!). Started preaching about Europe history and language, which got Irene SUPER confused but me rather lost... which was rather funny. I have to verify the history of berlin wall with his version though. We been lied too many times =)

Then it was CNY. I agreed with most of my friends, CNY has lost some of its signifance as we grow older. Ah!! I am really getting old! Went to one of my eldest cousin's house (NOTE: He is 40++ already...) for CNY visiting on the 2nd day. He got the lion dance troupe to his house which was late for 2 HOURS... irritating. Ended up there longer than usual with relatives bugging me with the same questions... esp the one I hated. Makes me feel inferior.

Got a little video of the lion dance here, which I think most of you guys are not interested. Haha...

And I watched Knocked Up, Step Up and Aaron Kwok's 父子 during CNY... and I am so addicted to Step Up 's dance!!

Then the next thing I am looking forward to is my aunt's visit!! She was coming to Singapore from Beijing, bringing my cute 6 months old cousin!! Wah, had to fetch her from the airport on V day which means most of the restaurants in the airport was LONG QUEUE... Only got a seat at Sakae (yes yes Sakae) at 9pm when my aunt's plane touched down supposedly at 9.25pm. Ended up Jul had to take away her dinner so that we can rush to fetch her. Turned out that the plane was delayed... duh.... waited very long but it's worth the wait. My cousin is really cute!! I can tell that Jul likes him very much too...

Then the next 3 days were crazy. I had to juggle between studying for my global marketing test (which came at the wrong time lah), helping my aunt with stuff and taking care of baby Lucas (pronounced as Lu-ka). But those days were really nice. For 2 days my aunt brought Lucas at the side of the bed and he would kick me and hit me so that I would wake up. And except for changing his diapers (because I dun dare haha), I participated in everything possible with Lucas. I carried him whenever my aunt was busy or when he's cranky, I helped my aunt to bathe him, I played with him, and I coaxed him to sleep for 30-1 hr (I felt like it's 1 hr but my mum said it's about 30 mins... haha). I even fed him once!! Haha.. I am obsessed but damn proud sia. But my whole family loves him. My dad will carry him whenever he can. My mum will look at him all the time. Even when my aunt brought him nearby for grocery shopping, everyone on the streets looked at him and mouthed "SO CUTE!!" Haha! He is a small celebrity!

I didn't take a lot of pictures with him because I was too busy and we were all too busy. But I sneaked a couple =) He is a baby who u can easily get him to smile so it was really fun to play with him.

So that is why I said in my previous post that we all suffered from Lucas withdrawal symptoms =(

And Irene, I shall send u my uncle's picture online when I see u ok? So that u can see that Lucas is an exact replica of him....

So after Lucas and my aunt left, our lives are back to normal... and I met Aleks again on my way home on thurs!! I saw him from very far because he was like bouncing among a crowd of people... haha. We kept running into each other and we talked on the streets for almost 1 hour until he missed his time to cut his hair... Haha. And he said "Hair cutter" instead of "Hair dresser" or "Hair Stylist" or "Barber" because he said that nobody is going to dress or style his hair and barber is old fashioned -_-''''' I have nothing to say liao... And he said that he feels that people who loves to play with babies a lot will tend to act like them after a while after he heard about Lucas... sighz.

Phew!! Quite a long post. Haha. Already cut short of what I have to say...

Anyway, Irene, my aunt got me Walk the Line and Casanova dvd... are u interested??
