Updates
So long nv update le... ever since my the Grasshoppers' Concert. Btw, I am still crazy over them... Haha. I guess this is another craze that everyone around me has to cope with...
So, I bought their chinese compliation!! Haha... thinking whether I should buy cantonese compliation or the chinese compliation but decided to buy the chinese version because I know nuts about cantonese!! Haha... Plus the cantonese version costs $34 vs the chinese's $18. Haha.. But the album cover of the chinese version damn corny la... It says "草蜢超猛"... Jul, Yiwen and I were laughing so badly over this thing... Haha.. But the album is awesome. Brings back so many memories..
And I finished watching the concert DVD. They were so good... I had to clap after I finished the entire 3 concert DVDs. My mum watched with me too and she was in awe. We rarely see so professional artists really giving their all in performing for their fans. The Hk Fans were really passionate abt them too. When Grasshoppers asked them whether they had enough of the concert, they kept screaming 'NO!!' I am just so amazed.
Poor HT, who is my partner intern with me. We were supposed to work on a project together. She had to listen to me talking about Grasshoppers the entire wk alr but I dun think I will stop talking about them for a while. Sorry girl!! Actually, the other interns who are working at the same level had to hear me speak about them the entire wk during lunch... poor them too. They actually planned a KTV yesterday, but I planned to watch Pirates of the Caribbean with Jul they all and so never go. They planned to stop me from singing Grasshoppers' songs lo!! So evil!!
HT and I both faced the same problem. I said to her, office politics I can handle. I handled them before, though indirectly but still got a little experience. But weird people, I can't handle. Luckily this time it's both of us handling them together... I shivered to think that if I have to handle this project on my own and handle these kind of people alone... what will I do?
Anyway, there is this female boss that we are working for. I had to take my hat off her. She is very business-like and very smart. But she is very nice to us as well. Hearing her speak just fills me with awe for her. She speaks smartly and for this, this is the first time I ever see such a smart person. Opened my eyes so much. Learnt so much from her and from the internship I am having now. Glad that I took up this offer.
Anyway, I found this Grasshopper's video on youtube again. It's for 忘情森巴舞... and looking at their outfits I had to laugh.. OMG!! What kind of fashion we are having huh??
And I watched Pirates of the Caribbean 3. I prefered the second one. Too many mini-plots that lost me halfway. But I don't like the ending... call me old-fashioned, but I prefered a nice fairy-tale ending to it. Sighz. Not everyone can have what they want huh?
