Outing and 草蜢...
Went to scout where is my working place today... or else I will be like a headless fly on fri. Pull Jul to go with me. Turns out to be really close to Bugis Junction. So I guess I can eat many different types of food when I am working!! Thank goodness...
And then we went shopping a little while waiting for Yiwen to finish her tuition. Saw a top I like but $30... I kinda can't part with the money. We met Wee Inn as well.. And guess what? We also saw so many Grasshoppers 草蜢 posters around... all publicising their concert next wk. Aiya, my mum don't want me to spend so much money on 2 tickets to watch them. She warned me. But I kinda feel that she wants it though. I think their concert looks interesting and happening. I told her last night already that she shouldn't worry. I should be the one worrying because obviously I was too young to be in love with them then!! Then we saw this promotion that says that if we spend $30 in a day at bugis junction, we can have a chance to win the tickets!! Double chance if we eat at selected restaurants!!
So we went to Swensen's after yiwen arrived. And I kinda made them order $30 of food so that I qualify for the contest. We laughed so much during the meal (yiwen, a bed of rose hor??) and talked about jobs and internships. And of course, my dilema with 草蜢. Then yiwen had to leave, leaving me and jul to go to the sistic counter to get the form for the contest.
Almakz, almost had to argue with the person there to give me another form. She gave me only 1 form lo!! The manager never told her properly that eating at some restaurants will have double chance. And me and jul almost kenna the shock of our lives. We saw this auntie filling up about 6 forms for the contest. 6!!! I was super embarrassed. And when we went to peep into the boxes that contains the contest forms, we saw a number of forms with IC numbers starting with '1' or '7'. I saw a couple with '74'. Jul told me, "There is no one with an IC number starting with an '8'." Win liao, I am trying to participate a contest that is out of my region.
Told my mum about it. I think she wants to go, but I am not sure. She hides her feelings quite well this time. But I told her, if I buy her the tickets, she can't expect me to buy her a birthday gift this yr. The tickets will be her birthday and mother's day present. She still don't want!! Almakz, hard to please le. Don't know what to do.
Haiz. I shall wait a few days before deciding what to do. I haven't find the IE things that I had to read. Shit!!
Anyway, while talking to yiwen and jul about 草蜢 (which they like too... haha we liking old stuffs these days), I promised them that I shall look for some of their old videos and put them here. Haha... Here goes again.

I know there is a lot of videos at the moment right now and it is kinda hard to swallow but take ya time!!
